Hon Ukwuoma Donates Bus To Ogbako Etche

The executive chairman of Etche local government area, Hon. Barr. Reginald Ukwuoma in fulfillment of his electioneering campaign has donated a new bus to Ogbako Etche to ease their transportation problems.

Hon. Ukwuoma while handing over the bus to the president, Dr. John Chinedu Ihejirika, said, his donation of a new bus to the body was due to how important Ogbako Etche is to the Ethnic nationality and the problems faced due to increase in fuel pump price. He said, palliative measures of the state governor must be maintained, while making sure people oriented projects are carried out to make life meaningful to people.

The Executive chairman after donating the bus to Ogbako Etche Executive, also conducted them round some on-going projects in the area, including the Eketa market (Eketa) in Igbodo. He maintained that the market which has more than 3,000 shops will boast of security post, Bank, Fire control service, park, Abattoir among others Rivers.

The council boss while conducting the Executive of Ogbako Etche round his projects promised not to abandon any projects initates by his administration. He said security of lives and property will continue to be in his agenda. He reiterated his commitment to work with all bodies in Etche in order to succeed.

Responding on behalf of Ogbako Etche worldwide, the President Dr. John C. Ihejirika thanked the Etche council chairman for his kind gesture to Ogbako Etche and promised to make good use of the bus.

He maintained that it had been their desire to have a bus adding that over the years, many request forwarded to the previous administrations in Etche were not fulfilled.

The Ogbako Etche president after considering the projects executed within seven months of Hon. Ukwuoma's administration, scored him high, and pleaded that he should maintain the tempo.###
