Fayose Leads Southwest PDP State Chairmen To Secondus In Abuja

The former governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, has led all the Southwest Chairmen of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the National Chairman of the party, Uche Secondus, in a crucial political meeting in Abuja.

This was revealed in a tweet by the former governor on his verified Twitter handle @GovAyoFayose on Monday.

The meeting seems to be a strategic political meeting for the party to forge a strong political force that will help the party go into the forthcoming bye-election in Lagos and the forthcoming governorship election in Ondo State with the political will to emerge winners.

According to Fayose, those at the meeting on Monday were the Chairman of Lagos State PDP, Deji Doherty, and also that of Ogun State, Alh Sikirulai Ogundele.

Others include; the Osun state PDP Chairman, Olatunde Akanfe, and Bisi Kolawole of Ekiti state, as well as Hon Ladi Adebutu, Dr Eddy Olafeso ((immediate past National Vice Chairman – SW), and Rev Bunmi Jenyo (immediate past Zonal Secretary), who represented the Adelekes of Osun State to meet PDP National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus in Abuja.
