PFN Inaugurates Ward Five Unit Leaders In PH

In a bid to further propagate the gospel of Jesus Christ within ward five of Port Harcourt City Local Government Area (PHALGA), the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) has inaugurated unit leaders with a charge to ensure that they reach out to their next door neighbours and bring them closer to Christ.

They include Rev. Emmanuel Steven for Maccoba unit, Pastor Amaechi Ekuma for Ibeto unit, Pastor Hycent Irochi for New Bundu unit, Rev. Gospel for Old Bundu and Pastor Caris I. U. for Dockyard, Prisons, Abuja Down, Nembe, Odual and Creek Road.

Also inaugurated was Apostle Collins Briggs in-charge of Lagos Bustop to Agip Junction, Victoria, Bonny, Niger and Bende Street all in Port Harcourt Township while Pastor Bright Appolus and Pastor Ikoni Woyengidengiyefa are the unit leaders of Railway Quarters.

Also inaugurated as Ward Five Unit Head was Bishop Michael Amaminye popularly known as Bishop Melchizedek for Hospital Road, Benard Carr, Takuradi, Freetown, Port Johnson and Lagos Streets also in Port Harcourt Township.

Speaking at the brief ceremony held at Faith Friendly Ministry Maccoba on Sunday, the Naval Commander in-charge of

Nigeria Navy shipyard, Maccoba, Commodore Abolaji Orederu said as a servant, the word of God needs to be encouraged and that he had a love letter for all the sons and daughters of the Ministers of God and leaders of the body as fathers and mothers in the Lord, and advised them to always stand for the truth despite the gimmick of sycophants as the people expect good things about who they are in the body of Christ.

In his word ministration, Evangelist Michael Amamieye who spoke on the topic, “21st Century Evangelism” taking his text from the book of Acts 21 verse 8, and Ephesians 4 verse 1 charged ministers of God to take evangelism seriously order to win souls for Christ Jesus, and opined that it is only when God has given them the grace, that they can evangelize because evangelism is not acquired or attained.

He enjoined all to focus on winning souls for Christ and let Jesus Christ be their product they want to market as a man of God, pointing out that as Evangelists, the world is their platform that God wants them to introduce themselves to the world and thanked all for their presence.

In his lecture, Bishop Michael Amamieye popularly called Bishop Melchezedek, who spoke on the importance of Alkaline water appealed to the public to always ensure that they drink it to wash-off some sicknesses in the body as well as coconut water, because of the polluted air and water due to the activities of illegal bunkering “kpofire”.

Earlier in his welcome address, the Chairman, Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), Ward Five, Port Harcourt, Apostle Wanaemi Kenworio admonished all on the importance of good work so that people will see it and give glory to God,

Taking his text from the book of Acts Chapter 10 verse 38, Apostle Kenworio further enjoined all Christians to maintain their good works in life in order to bear good fruifTor the Lord Jesus Christ.

Highlights of the day were special prayer for the Naval Commodore Abolaji Orederu, special songs by Jesus Reggar Mummy and Anna Bright among others while the youth chairman of Maccoba, Raymond Genesis was among dignitaries that graced the occasion.
